Frequently Asked Questions

How much does delivery cost?  

We offer an amazing registered post free delivery service on all orders over $99.  Registered delivery for orders under this amount is $14.95.  So if the items in your cart add up within a few bucks of $99, consider adding an item to get your free delivery! 

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within Australia only.  Please make sure you give us a daytime delivery address that can accept the parcel as a signature is required if delivery isn't to a PO Box or Locked Bag address.

Do you deliver to Parcel Lockers?

No. We do not deliver to Parcel Lockers. 

Do you deliver to PO Box and Locked Bag addresses?

Yes.  These orders will be despatched from our Sydney warehouse.  As a result, delivery may take longer if you live outside NSW.  

What is Click and Collect?

Click and Collect is our freight free option regardless of the value of your order.  You can opt to collect your order from one of our warehouses in Sydney or Perth.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

In all, up to about 7 working days but most are delivered within this time.  99% of orders are posted out by the next business day.  Orders are sent via Australia Post, who aim to deliver your parcel within 1-5 working days of us lodging it.  Please consider that we don't post out nor do Aussie Post deliver on weekends.  We cannot guarantee Aussie Post delivery time frames and have been provided a guide only.

Will I get an email confirmation once my order is placed?

Yes.  Once your order is placed, an automated email is generated and sent to you to confirm that your order has been received, including a list of the items you have ordered.  Please note that your credit card details are not sent in any emails from us.  We also recommend that you never send your credit card details via email.

I sent you an email.  How long before I get a reply to my email enquiry?

Within 1 business day.  We are always more than happy to respond to order enquiries. Our staff know so much about our fabulous beauty and hair products, we'll answer any product related question you may have.  Have a question?  Click here.

Why should I sign up for an account to place an order?

Signing up for an account with i-glamour allows you to keep track of your order, as well as the ability to view your previous orders placed with i-glamour.  It also allows i-glamour staff to quickly search and respond to any queries you may have about your order.

Forgotten your login password?

Please click here to go to the forgotten password page.  Fill in your email that you used to sign up to your i-glamour account.

How secure is my credit card information?

Your credit card payment will be conducted directly via EWay payment facility over a Secure Socket Layer (123 bit SSL) connection.  i-glamour does not store Credit Card information or have access to your Credit Card details.
